Carefully restored with style, the villa features a spacious living room with comfortable sofas, an antique fireplace, and terracotta floors that bring warmth and tradition. Exposed wooden beams and thoughtful details create an atmosphere that feels both welcoming and refined.

The modern kitchen is fully equipped with high-quality appliances and a central island, perfect for cooking with ease and sharing meals in the adjacent dining area.

On the ground floor, there is a bright study that can also be used as an additional bedroom, with direct access to the covered portico and garden, as well as a bathroom.

Upstairs, you’ll find three large, light-filled bedrooms and two bathrooms. Each room is decorated in its own distinctive style, blending classic charm with modern touches, and filled with natural light.

Outside, the generous patio opens onto a beautiful garden, where lavender and surrounding greenery create a calming atmosphere. The private stone pool offers panoramic hill views and is ideal for slow mornings, sunny afternoons, or peaceful evenings.

Late check-out may be arranged upon request and subject to availability, so you can enjoy a relaxed and unhurried departure.

Children & Extra Comfort

Families are very welcome.
On request, we can provide baby cots (subject to availability), prepared with fresh linens and quality materials.

For everyone’s safety, children must always be supervised in outdoor areas, especially near the pool, stairs, and the fireplace.

Additional beds may also be available upon prior request.
If you’re travelling with young children, please let us know in advance, we’ll be happy to arrange everything you need for a comfortable, stress-free stay.

Payment & Security Deposit

A refundable security deposit of €200 is required upon arrival and can be paid in cash or by credit card.
The deposit will be returned at check-out after a quick property inspection, handled with the utmost discretion.

Before Check-out

To help us prepare the property and ensure a flawless welcome for the next guests, we kindly ask you to:

• Leave used towels in the bathroom, without placing them back in cupboards or outdoors.

• Wash any used dishes or start the dishwasher before departure.

• Empty bins and dispose of waste correctly according to local rules, placing it in the designated outdoor areas.

• Switch off all lights, air conditioning, and heating in every room.

• Close windows, doors, and shutters to ensure the security and protection of the property.

• Check that no personal belongings have been left behind in drawers, wardrobes, or bathrooms.

• If used, place outdoor cushions, throws, or accessories back in covered areas to protect them from the weather.

• Leave the barbecue clean if it has been used.

• Return any moved furniture to its original position.

• Inform us of any minor damages so we can address them promptly.

Villa Rules

To maintain the high standards of comfort and quality of our properties, we kindly ask you to observe the following guidelines:

• Smoking is not permitted inside the villa.

• Parties or events are allowed only by prior agreement, to ensure privacy and tranquillity for all guests.

• Only registered guests may access and stay overnight on the property.

• Please do not move furniture or items; if necessary, kindly return everything to its original position before departure.

• Additional cleaning fees may apply if the villa is left in unsuitable condition.

• The barbecue must be left clean after use.

• In case of any minor accidental damage, please inform us promptly, addressing issues quickly helps us preserve the quality of the villa for everyone.

Pets are welcome upon request, so we can prepare properly for their arrival and ensure you enjoy a smooth, stress-free stay.
